s2rrr
Reset it to 7 am he may be awake in time then. I really am a bad person and I've lost some access to my bl**dy emoticoms or whatever they are called. Bob

Arthur
Get two black Labradors. They let me know that it is exactly 7.30am, and want their breakfast !
Captain Colonial
I'm usually wide awake by 6 AM, these days about 5:30 actually, but on the off chance I oversleep, there's a current model dark blue Ford Mustang with a V8 and dual exhaust that rumbles past the house every morning at 6:20 that will wake me up in a nice way. stephenh
I always set an alarm, even now I'm retired. Even when I'm on holiday! The alarm at home is a radio alarm, so it comes on 5 mins before the (radio 4) news. Very rarely need the alarm to actually wake me up, more to tell me when its time I made the morning cup of tea! Barry Ashcroft
7.21 means he hits snooze which is 9 minutes so he's up at 7.
pickmaster Andy Lowe
I need two alarms at 4am starts this week
Lyonspride
I struggle getting to sleep, so some nights I get 3 hours maximum. Basically Im kept doing boring meanial tasks all day at work, because certain people feel threatened by my skills/knowledge. So when its 10pm my brain is in overdrive and I can't sleep, consequently I need 3 alarms to get me up.
