Having always had smaller (than legal) plates on my bikes, I was looking at putting a smaller one on the front. I was considering 12 x 3" as it seems the best compromise. Deako Posted April 8, 2014 Share Posted April 8, 2014 I'm just about to assign my cherished plate to my Westy, and currently debating what to do. I can get a full height plate cut down to minimal width allowable, mounted below nose. Replace the stick on plate with another, full height but also cut down.
