Making the Westy suitable for SWMBO - wide body windscreen (preferably black but anything considered), sidescreens, wiper motor etc

Whoops, how do I get this into the correct section - parts wanted !

 

Hi All,

 

I'm trying to get more use out of the Westy this year by doing some trips out with my girls (wife and daughters), unfortunately to achieve this some weather protection is an absolute must, therefore the aeroscreen will have to come off and I am looking for a wide body windscreen (preferably black but anything considered), sidescreens, wiper motor etc to replace it.

 

So if anyone is converting to aeroscreen or has any of the above parts list languising in their garage or loft (or on their car !) I'm looking.

PS Can't believe I missed a windscreen yesterday in parts for sale whilst I was otherwise engaged at Castle Combe. Went in 5 mins !!

Sorry, probably going to try and keep the aeroscreen, its an old Playskool carbon jobby and looking to try and make the windscreen / aeroscreen interchangeable a la Caterham. Anyone done this ?

Costed all the bits from the factory and felt a bit faint after I added it all up

 

So I thought I'd have a look round here first !

That would mean an interchangeable scuttle then, some people have done this already, Kevp6 has.

My brother Steve has a windscreen and uprights etc including mirrors and the old wiper blade system

Windscreen sorted, thanks to Terry and Steve.

Just need doors now. I've seen a couple of posts in parts wanted looking as well so not holding out much hope, BUT, if anyone sympathises with my plight of an under-utilised car and my challenge to get SWMBO in it (and has doors lying around) let me know !!!
