got a printout of 165 bhpwith the car but since ive had the car i found it wasnt runninng on full throttle the difference that made!! well now it keeps breaking the drive shaft lol

ahh, that explains it, I was doing the same.

Wasn't there a thread recently with someone who kept snapping half shafts in an live axled car looking very similar to yours. I'm sure it ended up been something loose in the diff. I'm running 161hp at the wheels in my car and sprint in it too. Will be taking my diff out this week so will see how the shafts are holding up.

Cheers yes i keep my eye on on that. I had a new LSD unit diff bushes new bearings and uj fitted at the begining of last year 3 months later and it twisted the splines. This is the bit that pee'd me off.

Little up date none have come available so haveing some made up in hopefully a stronger metal. Being done at dave mac propshafts will put photos up when I get them back. Need to go and rob a bank now.
