opening embedded windows

Father in laws having problems opening links whilst using IE11 and windows 7.

in the link above where it says "view certificate" nothing happens. Any ideas how to sort i've re-downloaded adobe reader and still not working. Also tried right clicking and opening but nothing happens and "open in new window" is greyed out

I just opened it using Firefox

 

I'm using Ubuntu and Document Viewer so this could mean Adobe have a problem with IE11

Try downloading Google Chrome, or Firefox or similar. IE is doing some strange things at the moment (or not, as the case may be!)

You need to enable Javascript - suggest latest version of IE has this disabled by default.
