I had to get my car into the lane before some nice tourist parked across my drive. The number of time elderly folk walked up to it and asked what it was. "It's a Caterham". "Oh, is that one of them kit cars?" In the end I got fed up with this and stuck a Lotus badge on the nose cone. Still got the "what is it" but then they saw the badge and said Oh, it's one of them there Lotus sports cars". They then wandered off and all was well.
