I am not sure but I think last 2 or 3 years. I get one as Comp sec

they’ve stopped sending them out with licences but you can email them and they do still send copies if requested.

I've looked at the resource centre and then gone to safety. I can't determine if boots are mandatory or not. 

Can someone explain to me how to find the words that clarify it please.

I'd like to find the info rather than just being told the answer if pos.
