I was thinking of a an Sylva Striker as well, an earlier model.   The rear wheel arches slope downwards towards the outside of the car and the new ones do as well.

Was it called 7? I stand corrected. I'm surprised Caterham didn't kick up over that...or perhaps maybe they did!!

I think the info is wrong there - I am sure the years quoted are anyway - IIRC they made an appearance around 2002...

From the look of the front end and in particular the airscoop, I would have said it was a Dax.
