Reminds me of the Hillman Imp where people were always filling the engine with coolant (water) as the oil filler cap looked like a rad cap.

 

And then, of course, there's the 710 fluid.....

I actually did that one time. I had just gotten off my motorcycle and said to myself: "Why does my oil tank cap say 710?.....................  OH!  The cap's loose!"
