stespi
I have reluctantly decided to put my Red Westfield Duratec hill climb car up for sale, I built the car myself as a road going example during 2006/7 later converting it to hill climbing. The car is now highly modified, however it still retains its V5 so I therefore declare it SORN every year to retain it. The Duratec engine was only added in Mid 2012 and hence has only done 12 events since. The new gearbox was installed at the same time. I have listed as many features as I can think of, however if you have any additional questions please email me or phone me on my mobile. As you will also see I have not been able to upload any pictures (computers not my strong point), I can however email them to anyone who is seriously interested. You will also find pictures of the car in action through various stages of development on the `Zipp Photography` web site, just type in Steve Spiers when you search the gallery. There is also footage of the car at Shelsley Walsh in May this year with the rest of the Modified Specialist Production Class copy the link and look out for red car 91 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9MaO24UX6LQ This car fly`s !!! Crash test dummy
Yes what's the score Steve? For any prospective buyers this is a monster of a car. Very quick, very competitive and a smart package to look at too (and that's just Steve). Good luck with the sale. CTD
Nic Chase (NICO) - Shropshire & Mid-Wales AO
This is a very nice car, seen it several times at Loton. Good luck with the sale Steve. Does this mean you are retiring!

stespi
Thanks for the interest guys. You`re not going to get rid of me that easily, I`m hoping to try my hand at a small single seater say up to 1100cc something I`ve had a bit of a hankering for a while; subject to how the sale goes of course.. Perhaps there`s someone out there who wants to do a swap Ha! Ha! If the car does not sell I will carry on with the Westie for another season. Speed Freak
have you thought about splitting it? Sure you would get some buyers for the engine/box/suspension etc??

It's proved very compeditive here In N.Ireland and it's well sorted. http://www.pistonheads.com/classifieds/motorsport/race-cars/single-seaters/championship-winning-jedi-mk-6/1750117 May be of interest to you! stespi
Don`t really want to split it, however if the right number of people want enough of it I might consider. I would not break to just sell the engine and gearbox for instance. We`ll see how things go. Thanks for the message,

That`s exactly the type of car I will be after or something similar. I have already seen this car advertised on `Pistoheads` looks very well sorted. I would be interested, but the Westfield has to go first both from a financial point of view and space. But I will certainly give the Jedi serious thought assuming it does not sell in the meantime. Thanks for your tip and the interest. May The Force Be With You!!!
