jeff oakley Posted September 14, 2013 Posted September 14, 2013 Just a heads up, all weekend live streaming from Goodwood revival. First race just finished. Quote
M444TTB Posted September 14, 2013 Posted September 14, 2013 I was hoping this would be on TV, but as yet I can't see it. I want to see how stupidly fast Adrian Newey's 'E-Type' is this year! I'm sure the bl**** thing is an RB9 with a carbon E-Type body on it! Quote
Man On The Clapham Omnibus Posted September 15, 2013 Posted September 15, 2013 A superb set of photographs on BC courtesy of member F355GTS : http://www.blatchat.com/t.asp?id=234028 Hope he doesn't mind my linking WSCC Boardroom to it for the quality of the shots. This arguably one of, if not THE, best motorsport events of the year in UK. Wish I was there but sadly I was 'enjoying' the best that the M6 has to offer on a family trip. Quote
Mark (smokey mow) Posted September 15, 2013 Posted September 15, 2013 I've been to the FoS a couple of times and have been threatening to go to the revival for a few years now but so far have yet to make it This weekend I've been working at the PC but have had the live stream running on the other screen and thoroughly enjoyed the racing i saw. Next year, I'm going to make the effort to be there Quote
Quicksilver Posted September 15, 2013 Posted September 15, 2013 Just back from the festival, spent all three days their camping. Fantastic and worth every penny of my hard earned. Quote
Mooch Posted September 16, 2013 Posted September 16, 2013 Just back from the festival, spent all three days their camping. Fantastic and worth every penny of my hard earned. Me too. 3 men in a tent with no wives or children to worry about. Beer, Bacon and fantastic racing. Weather was a bit shocking on Friday evening and although we wanted to see the Sussex Cup on Sunday evening, it really was wet and miserable where we were at Lavant - everyone on the track was backing off so it became a bit of a procession, so we legged it. Already planning next year's trip. Found my new 'must have' machine though. AMS DBR1 replica. Mine for a starting price of £60k in GRP, £120k in aluminium. How to break it to SWMBO...... Quote
pistonbroke Posted September 16, 2013 Posted September 16, 2013 How to break it to SWMBO...... From the other side of the divorce court ? Quote
