Deanspoors
What are you waiting for clansman?
clansman
Ordered a new air filter and exhaust mount rubber bobbin on the 19th Aug.......have spoken to them on Mon and was told they would call back and confirm the parts had come in and will be with me on Friday(tomorrow) but no call and nothing on the answer machine (been away for a couple of days) so I have no idea what is happening. Not the first time a call back has been promised and not received ...............gets a little frustrating after a time . I can understand their supplier not having the parts and having to wait for them to deliver but this "we will call you back" is extracting the urine...................I also know I am not the only customer waiting
User0083
I'm sorry to admit that I ordered my exhaust bobbin's online. One from Mini Spares and another from eBay. They are identical. My air filter I got from piper cross... Then swapped foam for twin K&N's.
cast iron
I must admit I wouldnt go to Westfield for generic parts. Ultimately they are going to order them in from other suppliers. they probably wait until the order value = £X before ordering etc. Your better going direct.
