We had a nice lunch. Some wanted to watch the match (don't ask which one, just think where they're from). They set off and we went into a bar opposite the car park .... and the match was on.

Very nice day! Sun, fine cuisine and above all the pleasure to meet you all and pleasure to share your trip. It's for me important to discover finally the persons I only read daily without to see their faces ...

We followed you toTours and left you to drive along the Loire until Amboise.

We wish you all a good evening at Orléans and we are looking forward to follow the suit of your trip ...

The hospitality we received was what Westfield's are all about.....first class excellent meal and first class company..thanks to Mr & Mrs V and Jean Marie,Nathalie & a special thanks to Celeste for the Westfield cakes..1200 miles and more to add

Great roads and amazing scenery, what a trip  :yellow-westy:  :db-westy:  :yellow-westy:  :lg-westy:  :orange-westy:  :lb-westy:

 

Back home as well at approx 1850 miles in a week, never been as wet in the westy (travelling to Ferry), and by contrast never enjoyed such good weather (France and Spain)  :d

 

Thanks for the meet up Norm it was a lovely place and thanks to Jean-Marie and Family for your company - our westfield cakes made it home a we gave them to our two boys tonight  :t-up:

 

Also - John, Lee, Gary, Steve, Elaina, Terry and Caroline thanks for your great company, got a bit silly at the end!
