If you're ever in Sheffield and have an hour or so pop into Kelham Island Industrial Museum and see the real thing. I think they start it every hour and it's a rolling road engine. Bigger than the above.

Never, never, never, to be enabled! Ye Gods Ive seen the harm those things can do. Seems such an innocent thing at first, but not for long.

Looks like it controls the revs by bringing cylinders online
