Being serious for a minute. Persevere with the apprentice, there are good lads out that it just takes a bit of time to find one. We now have 4, one just gone on full time, full pay. Another will do same in a few weeks and the other 2 have just started but are really good. However to get these 4 we probably had 40 of which only 15 bothered to turn up.
