Lost the speech bubble

I have touched the speech bubble next to the area heading on the forum menu page and it has un highlighted

How do you get it back ?

It turns off when you have read all the posts on the forum. Touching or clicking it marks all posts as read (I think).

It should now be highlighted for you.
