I wonder how many unfinished (or more to the point unlikely to finish) projects there are in the UK

It's the unfinished projects that are on the road illegally that really bug me! Reported to authorities and they don't seem to care!!! If reg matches VIN, all's good. VIN does not match chassis... I'll stop there! Hoping said cars will be at donny... I'll chat to the representative at the stand and have a quick look at chassis number.
