Just as camera phones are revolutionising the way things are reported (eg police records vs camera phone evidence) here is a very public exposition of the cruelty of parents vs the innocence of children IMO.

You didn't say their kids would be 8, only that they would be behaving the same towards their kids.

 

Normal gae for childbirth for those kids would between 14 and 16.
