henryd Posted August 14, 2013 Author Posted August 14, 2013 Lot's of views but no replies Can I get some feedback please guys?I've reduced the price of the car - think it was a bit pricey!
Burlers Posted August 14, 2013 Posted August 14, 2013 I think that's a good car for the money. I know people say that live axles aren't worth as much as independent, but I have a LOT of fun in mine Your advert's good, photos look excellent, some people are funny about our older engines, but hey, that's why it's this sort of money. Perhaps add the mileage and your location and contact details for any non members to get hold of you? Good luck
henryd Posted August 14, 2013 Author Posted August 14, 2013 Thanks for the feedback Burlers Have updated accordingly.Yea, I agree, it's not a top of the range car, but bang for buck is immense!
Matta Posted August 15, 2013 Posted August 15, 2013 Hi Henry - Thanks for your email - replied just now. Cheers, Matt
User0083 Posted August 15, 2013 Posted August 15, 2013 I think it's a great car for the money! Be an ideal entry to the Westfield world and plenty of possibilities for the next owner to make it their own. Interior looks smart! I know it's a family site... But taking the bonnet off always adds to the appeal. Nothing quite like a shiny engine bay. There is someone looking for a £6k car... For £6k this could be purchased, taxed, insured and new shiny bits added! Oh, can I see a carbon fibre dash???
Matta Posted August 15, 2013 Posted August 15, 2013 I'm working on it - not exactly a first time westie owner (will be 3rd time actually) but I do want one again! Matt
User0083 Posted August 15, 2013 Posted August 15, 2013 I'm working on it - not exactly a first time westie owner (will be 3rd time actually) but I do want one again! Matt I keep thinking about selling mine. I can't track it and driving's insane round here. So thought I'd get me a tin top and save for a cobra replica... But I've never driven anything like a Westfield, not even other seven's! So can see me buying more if I sell this one.
Norman Verona Posted August 15, 2013 Posted August 15, 2013 Stephen, just keep your car, you'll not be in Brum for much longer, then you can enjoy the car wherever you move to. Dorset sounds very nice. Patience lad, patience.

Patience lad, patience. Thanks Norman, was my plan anyway. Just since getting run over Mrs C is petrified of roads, even walking down pavements. Not wanting to drift though... Sorry everyone. At least it's keeping the car at the top of the pile!
Red Flash Posted August 16, 2013 Posted August 16, 2013 Hey that looks a cracking westy. Don't give it away, hang on in there! I'm sure someone will snap it up. Good luck
henryd Posted August 18, 2013 Author Posted August 18, 2013 Thanks for all the interest and well wishes. The car is now sold.I've loved every minute of Westfield ownership and I know I'll buy another one some day!
