Basically it seems to be a cross between a sprint and autotesting - short course laid out with cones but no garages etc. to ponce about reversing in and out of.

Think I've got an entry for a local event on 17 May.  Something like 3-4 runs in one direction, then they reverse it and do it all agan.  Best times from each direction get added together.

Only thing is, it looks like they've put me in Class A, which is reserved for "highly modified cars".  Now, while they may have a point, I fully expect to get beaten good and proper by anything else in the class....

That said :

a) the event in March only had two cars in class A  :D

b) the event in April only had one !!  :D:d

c) that car appears to be a single seater but not actually much quicker than some of the "normal" cars... :t-up:

So, I'm thinking, fit some slicks, get the handling sorted and fit a new anti-goon ECU to the driver and it might not be quite so embarassing after all.... :)

Naaaah, what am I saying ??!!  I'll be crap but I'll have fun.  Might be able to show them a thing or two about these funny little british cars though.... :D
