scott beeland Posted April 3, 2003 Posted April 3, 2003 Just got an email to say I didn't get in. Both days full!! This is the event I wanted to do most (as I've lived there most my life and it's a great, great track). I need someone to drop out now......... Any volunteers??? Quote
Rob Navin Posted April 4, 2003 Posted April 4, 2003 Hi Scott. Don't be to concerned at this point. If you stay on the waiting list the chances are that you will get a run as I did last year. I was 11th on the waiting list when the entries closed. I have just spoken to Sarah who has told me that this is the case again this year as so far there are not many people on the waiting list. She also said that its still worth entering bearing the above in mind. Sarah has also had a lot of trouble with returned e-mail confirmations. If you had supplied an e-mail address and have not heard anything back she has asked that you send her an e-mail with your detials to sprints@ty-croes.com so she can resend your confirmations. cheers Rob. Nick Algar - Competition Secretary Posted April 4, 2003 Posted April 4, 2003 Scott, I'm with you mate, waiting for someone to drop it in a ditch so I can get a go. Nick Quote
Staffordman Posted April 9, 2003 Posted April 9, 2003 Scott, I was No 17 on the reserve list last year - and I got in for both days. Don't worry yet - lots of people drop out at the last minute. I have withdrawn my entry for example - this may have moved you up the list??? Do the track day on the Friday anyway - lots of time out there and great fun. p*** off a few TVR owners whilst you are at it. All those cylinders - but no cornering. Come on knuckles - sounds like a challenge? Paul Edden. Quote
