Help on part name please

Hello

Need some help on a part name as I want to put it on Ebay.

It is a fibreglass bodywork part that goes under the spare wheel and underneath the rear of the car giving it a rounded back end look. It has 3 meshed slots on each side and a round hole on the left, for an exhaust I guess

It has a rounded cut out in it where the spare would sit

I thought it was called a diffuser but doing a bit of research it would seem it isnt

I'm sure Westfield used to refer to this rear valance as 'Euro' styling or similar as I believe was favoured overseas
