Going on Jeff's first comment...

Many American sheriff's have great ideas to prevent re offending. I heard of one dressing all in mates in pink coveralls and every TV showed animal documentaries 0600-2200 and outside of those times was lights out and silence. There were many other things, but can't remember them.

As far as celebs go, ANY celeb with substance misuse, even alcohol, should be stripped of their celeb status and fired. Drink drive celebs should have a life time driving ban. Typically footballers are setting an appealing example you their fans.

Saw this right fat thing sat on the back of a bench, feet on the seat, with a skinny porcelain white geeky looking teen. The skinny teen saw my wife, draw dropped and he couldn't take his eyes off her, chug a lug saw his expression and turned round, looked Mrs C up and down and snarled!

Made me think of a chav's Staffy!
