WSCC Student Posted July 11, 2013 Posted July 11, 2013 For educational purposes Westfield Sports Cars and Birmingham City University would like to ask a few questions to sports car owners to understand the market. We hope you will spare a moment to answer these questions, it would be a great help. What model was it? 2) Where did you purchase it? 3) When you purchased the car, what other sport cars did you consider? 4) How did you decide this was the car to purchase? 5) Do you have a collection of cars? Dommo Posted July 11, 2013 Posted July 11, 2013 1) When was the last time you bought a sport car? May 2011 - order placed for Westfield SEIW, Mazda SDV kit 2) Where did you purchase it? Order placed at Stoneleigh kit car show 3) When you purchased the car, what other sport cars did you consider? None at the time, decision was already made. I had previously considered modifying my BMW 328i to suit my needs, then modifying my Nissan 200sx before decided something more focused was what I really wanted. 4) How did you decide this was the car to purchase? The decision was made on money to be invested, end result and indeed end worth of project. The Westfield required the most money investing up front, but would net the best performance and be worth the most at the end of the project so less money 'lost' 5) Do you have a collection of cars? If so what models? (road car, racing car and hybrid) The fleet always has a 4x4 in it for volunteering duties. Currently, alongside the Westfield is a Land Rover Discovery V8 which is also performing the duty of being a slightly ruinous daily driver Quote
