not helped by the jobs worth staff on the gates at three sisters.

 

That was my initial impression too, Steve, but when I let the kids have a sit in my car he was over like greased lightning to tell them "no sitting in the cars" (until I pointed out that it was my car and I'd asked them if they wanted to have a sit in for a photo).  Good to know he was keeping an eye on them for us. 

 

You guys avoid the traffic on the way back?

First time I've been charged the extra £2/person on top of the £5/per car, but compared to a "full size' circuit it's still a bargain. I admit I was a little hacked off at the time, but thinking about it, I really can't begrudge them the extra.

Yeah I thought it was a bit steep too, (only a tenner at Oulton for a club meeting)

But then again if they dont make any money, they wont be there next year, so we shouldn't really begrudge them a few quid
