User0083
 Amazing bit of driving, sorted car/driver. Got a feeling the yellow porka driver got a gobful after the race though!

Nice bit of driving thought he would have pulled a bit more out in the bends, either that or the porsche driver was on it!

BLiNK Motorsport
Personally thought the driving was quite poor! Car is well sorted but he is constantly on/off throttle during cornering - possibly the worst thing you can do to balance a chassis! He needs a lesson of Jackie Stewart who always quotes - 'Do not get on the throttle until you know you won't have to come off it again!'. The reason he keeps 'prodding the throttle' is because his corner braking phase is poor with poor trail braking. (This is shown in the data even though it's a bit flakey!) Car is incredibly quick & capable though and masks the talent of the driver IMO
peterg
but he is constantly on/off throttle during cornering - possibly the worst thing you can do to balance a chassis! Ayrton Senna didn't think so... This is from Joachim's website... http://www.mog-racing.de/en/inhalt/uber-uns.2 MOG Racing has been involved in Caterham Super 7 racing since 1996. BLiNK Motorsport
Worth a read (some of the discussions after are good also) - http://jalopnik.com/5919227/braking-steering-and-throttle-techniques interesting question asked: Loping Camshaft (From Article) "At the apex you may have a moment of "no pedals" whatsoever. That is ok." I was under the impression that you should try to minimize the "no pedals" moments as much as possible. I get the whole Traction Circle concept, but shouldn't you at least be maintaining speed around a long corner with light throttle Reply: Alex Lloyd If you have to apply throttle to maintain speed then you are not going in hard enough. No pedal is most common on the long (never ending type) bends. T2 at Barber for instance where you only need a light brake to enter and you roll as much speed as you can in. You then just have to wait for the car to rotate and once it does you apply power as aggressively as you can. If you tried to apply even a little power earlier (which you could) you would endure a ton of understeer and have to wait longer to get to full power. While it is true that you would have a faster mid corner speed like that your exit would be WAY down and the time loss would be significant compared to the slight mid corner gain

That, coupled with a pretty poor attitude and plenty of double standards regarding passing on the outside, did not impress me much, as Ms Twain would say.
