DuncanH Posted May 11, 2013 Posted May 11, 2013 Hi, I have sold most of my car now and have these sat in my garage gathering dust, they are brand new with M16 mounting adapters and a set of pads. I am looking for around £175 for the lot! And I would prefer collection, I live between Derby & Nottingham so quite central. Anyway a link to Rally Designs page is http://www.rallydesign.co.uk/product_info.php?products_id=10498 Regards, Duncan.
frubpato? Posted May 11, 2013 Posted May 11, 2013 Duncan I'll have them if they are still available I'll PM to sort out the details
DuncanH Posted May 11, 2013 Author Posted May 11, 2013 Yep still available, just pm me your details and I'll call you or we can arrange a time and place
frubpato? Posted May 13, 2013 Posted May 13, 2013 Thanks Duncan I cant believe the difference in weight between them and the original M16 calipers . All I need to do now is work out the brake pipe connections without wrecking the threads ! Thanks for coming to meet me - saved me a lot of time ..
Geoff101 Posted May 13, 2013 Posted May 13, 2013 The threads are 1/8 NPT. You can buy adaptors (although mine came with them) or the correct ends to make up new brake lines which is what I did. Don't be tempted to screw in the M10x1.0 as although the threads are very similar, you can damage the alloy.
Norman Verona Posted May 13, 2013 Posted May 13, 2013 Yes, be careful of Wilwood alloy, it strips very easily. Don't ask how I know...
