Young Pretender Posted May 8, 2013 Posted May 8, 2013 I'm wondering how many people would actually want the job? Big shoes to fill. Unlike the England job where you can be driven by making the team successful, at Man u success is expected. Some people would obviously rise to the challenge and Murihno and Moyes both probably would. Quote
Tyson Posted May 8, 2013 Posted May 8, 2013 i'm free from September 1st... just waiting for the call.... You will need a Pro Licence at a cost of £8500 and it's invitation only.......Good luck with that James. Quote

You have to have a Uefa B Licence (£2450) and a Uefa A Licence (£5600) before you can take the Pro Licence. Most coaches will never complete the Pro licence, it's invitation only (mainly for ex players) Quote
martyblues Posted May 8, 2013 Posted May 8, 2013 Marty, so who would you like to see succeed? Couple of years ago like yourself I would have put money on Martin O'Neill, now probably David Moyes, he did well at PNE ( I find it hard to type that), and has kept Everton going well with little money. Norman Verona Posted May 8, 2013 Author Posted May 8, 2013 David Moyes is a good manager but is he Man U material. How many cups has he won, how many Champions League title, how many championship titles. I would expect Man U to require a candidate to have a lot od success behind him. I may be wrong, but we'll see. Quote
Paul Gibney - Lancashire AO Posted May 8, 2013 Posted May 8, 2013 moyes a good manager but everton have no money compared to man u. next move Martinez to everton ... Quote
