Norman Verona Posted May 2, 2013 Share Posted May 2, 2013 Nick, when I was working at University Motors and they moved the parts department to Epsom (from Mayfair) I was working shifts. I was driving home (to Hackney) over Richmond Bridge and through the park. A slowed to stop at the red lights in the centre of the park, then stopped. A Hillman Minx came screaming up and pulled across the front of me. 4 huge bobbies got out. No I wasn't Stirling Moss, I had no idea what speed I was doing as I passed them on the bridge and by the way it is 2 am in the morning.
