Here is a thought, it is so simple that I don't know why no one has thought of this.

The court of appeal says that we cannot legally deport Abu Qatada, as that is ilegal.

So we do it any way, the justice system fines the goverment. The goverment says sorry but it is too late. The judicary fines the goverment £2 million as it is so serious.

The goverment pays the fine, but all fines go to the goverment so they get back the money.

Scum bag gone, justice seen to be done everyone happy except scum bag, and his blood sucking legal team!

How hard can it be?

Why all the fuss over a song from The Lion King?  I quite liked it.

Well he will be gone soon leagally, as there is now a mutual agreement to a fair trial, so good riddance

Persuade the Yanks to extradite him; we have an agreement to remove British subjects to the USA after all

They will possibly need to refuel somewhere

Or they may want to question him in Cuba. Don’t they use some sort of shower board and water to ensure the comfort of the detainee

You gave us Piers Morgan - we've suffered enough, thanks.

I don't see why we didn't build him his own prison, then cut the staff, food and water. Just leave him in an empty room.

Allies did that with Rudolf Hess after the 2nd world war, very expensive and he lived for ages

Yeah - but he did suffer.  Imagine spending decades trapped inside Spandeau Ballet.  Too horrible to imagine.

Alternative would have been a 303 round when he landed in Scotland "as a percieved spy" or hanging

That was one of the funniest moments; when various US pro gun lobbyists started campaigning to get Morgan deported. It seemed like half the UK started campaigning to keep him over there, and definitely not, no way, ever let him back in here.
