Gents,  just go on planning portal and down load an APP 1 form. fill it in and they will send an Arb Officer to discuss works.  We can then price those works to an agreed spec.

 

Cider, beech doesnt look to big... previous failure and cavities would suggest a decay fungus of some sort that has caused the weakness - might need some weight reduction but if the pathogen is terminal then removal would be best to protect remaining trees and prevent spore release.
