Anyone know how to write a phone app?

.. Or point me in the direction of a manual. I've no idea what language is used, or if I did any experience in programming it.

 

I'm a Picky, only ever programmed in Pick Data Basic.

 

Anyway, I have an idea for an app which may have a market.
