I knew tolerances and everything meant the oil/water was warmed and engine on like a life support system before started, but not seen it in this detail and it was a nice vid!

It's a lovely piece of kit - but really - is there any need for the mechanic to be quite so excited as to feel the need to do what he is doing at 3:45?

Surely this will get the engine dirty?

Same engine that is fitted to the Gould GR37 dad has for Sale, we have to go through the same warmup and startup procedure too. Even have the period laptop to go with it too  :laugh:   :d

I that was good too, though what a missed opportunity  for seeing the nitty gritty of getting the Williams running and doing a length, then again, I suppose that wouldn't be of much interest to most.
