Just before we all hang up our driving gloves for the festive season, please put Thursday 14 Jan 2021 in the diary for a virtual garage meet at 2000hrs / 8pm. Conscious of the current mish-mash of Covid-19 Tiers across Bristol & Bath area I will be looking to host on zoom and do a quick chat and check in with new and old members and run through bits and pieces on the cars and what our winter plans are? If you can let me know if you are interested by the POLL AT TOP OF THIS PAGE I will PM out the invites - hopefully most of us have a mobile device so we can walk and talk. Another month has rolled round, and while we have a little more freedom of movement, we're still in virtual meet mode! Thursday 4th June, 7.30pm, or 8.05 (ish) if you prefer! It was suggested we perhaps try with Microsoft Teams this time, so I've set up a suitable Team on my Office 365 account, I just need you to PM me your email address so I cans end you an invite. If anyone wants a test first, just let me know, if you've not joined a Team session before, you do need a wee, free, download, I believe. -

Gents, Well we are still in lockdown, the virtual Skype meet worked well earlier this month, so i thought we could go for a repeat virtual meeting for May. I have deliberately set this up early to give folk a chance to familiarise themselves with Skype video calling. So for those that attended last time you should have a Skype notification, with meeting set in the calendar. For those that would like to give it a go, send me a PM with your email / Skype address and i will add you to the group chat. Think the Skype call can be accessed via web so you may not need to download the app. We will see! Someone more knowledgable than me will let me know.
