  1. The time has come to sell my high spec road-legal, track focused, 2 Litre Duratec powered Westfield. I have owned the car for the last 4 years. Although predominantly a track car it is fully road-legal and I regularly attend the local WSCC meets. The car originally started off life with a Zetec engine. However in 2015 the previous owner took the car to Northampton Motorsport where a fully rebuilt Duratec engine was supplied and installed. Northampton motorsport also refreshed the car with a new fuel system, new cooling system, rewire with new dashboard, and a full suspension setup. They also ran in the new engine, followed by a rolling road tune where it produced 254bhp and 187lb-ft (254Nm) of torque. A large number of receipts are available for this work totalling over £13500. The car has covered just over 3000 trouble free miles with the new engine. Weighing just 545kg and running 254bhp the car is extremely quick on track. Having been setup by Troy at NMS the car is a joy to drive.. The handling is very predictable which inspires great confidence. Having owned a number of track cars this is by far the quickest and most enjoyable car I have driven on track. There is nothing quite like it. I have regularly serviced the car using only Millers Nanodrive NT+ oil every few hundred miles. The car comes with 12 months MOT unit November 2022 - No advisories on last MOT. Current engine mileage is 3050 with approximately 8600 miles on the chassis. There have been 4 previous owners. I’ve listed the specs below. As you can see no expense has been spared. Included with the car is a huge folder of receipts and history. Bunje's Track car

So I'm back. After selling my first westfield I just couldn't get used to the fact. That for me once you've driven one on track there's nothing that comes close to driving a westfield. I came across the ex Barc racer for sale and knew I needed it. Its a 1.8 Dunnell Zetec, weber carbs, and a nice piper cam. 4 speed straight cut box live axle. Its obviously a race car and not road legal but that's what I was looking for. Its lightweight and has no frills not even an ignition key lol but has all the right trackday bits.
  3. I am selling my Son's MX5 Mk1 'Dakar', 1997 with 125K miles. The MOT is up on 27th April and it will require the usual repairs to the sills and some other bits to fix. My Son no longer requires the car so will sell as it is. The car has been in the family for the last 5 years and has been 100% reliable. There is a file of history and it had new discs and pads, plus Avon ZV7 tyres all round last year. It has a Mongoose Stainless exhaust and leather seats. Overall it is clean and tidy apart from rust on the sills, front of wings and some on the windscreen pillars. More pictures available on request. Located in Grove, Oxfordshire The car would make a great run around with the MOT work done, or donor / track car. Asking £300. Call 07767255036 or PM
