  2. Please go to the Show and Events page on the forum. I have pinned a topic that details the main shows that the events team will be organising this year along with dates. The Replica and self build festival is on the list. Simon has significant participation commitments from suppliers . More so at this time than Grosvenor have for Malvern I'm led to believe.

  3. Great News our application for a Club Display area at the BRDC 2026 has been accepted by Silverstone Events. BREAKING NEWS Silverstone Events have allocated WSCC a Track Parade Lap Sunday Lunch Time to celebrate the club's 40th Anniversary. Car Club Display Package Tickets are now available to purchase on the Silverstone web site. The WSCC Car Club Package code is now available in the members area. IMPORTANT PLEASE READ BEFORE BUYING YOUR TICKET: Please be aware that WSCC are obliged by Silverstone Events to check and confirm that all tickets purchased using the club's code have been purchased by club members. Please do not share this code with non members or purchase tickets for them as any tickets not directly linked to a club member/members car will be cancelled by Silverstone. Get booking Folks, It would be fantastic to have at least 40 cars for the Parade Lap

  5. I went to Stonleigh a few weeks ago. It's business as usual as far as entry is concerned. Access was fine. There maybe a queue as ass from from the Bagington side is closed for HS2 works. The showground is significantly smaller but it's definitely business as usual.

  7. Quite right. Keep me locked indoors so you know where to find me when something I’ve done goes wrong.

  10. It's been a good white since I've shared any photos of my car...so it's time I guess! This photo was taken by my wife and while I was autocrossing in a local church parking lot. I like how the big, wide and sticky tires distort under the heavy cornering loads. It's winter here now and snow covers the roads and the Westie is tucked away warm and safe in the shop waiting for the sun to melt the ice. dave

  11. Don’t think he’ll know unless he has a crystal ball. I live locally as I’ve said before, and it changes weekly and without warning. Keep your fingers crossed is my advice. They’re building a huge bridge right outside the Stoneleigh exit, which I presume is to allow HS2 to go underneath the reworked roadway and through the northern section on the showground. One week the road is open, the next week it’s closed. What I do know is that there’s no signs warning you it’s closed until you’re almost on top of it and you have to make a 3-point turn on a B-road. HS2 around here is pretty much a law unto themselves. The road between Leamington and Southam was supposed to be replaced with a temporary road right up until a fortnight before tunneling work began, then HS2 said it wasn’t possible (cost - yeah, right) and shut the road for 18 months requiring a 10 mile diversion.
