  4. Had to cut the grass today. Primroses flowering - even the clematis is in flower. Rhubarb is coming along. Westy winter upgrades and servicing done and cleaned ready for the spring shows. Presume everyone else is ready!!

  5. Thanks to @Martyn Vann - Warwickshire AO for organising a great Christmas meal at The Falcon, very enjoyable and excellent food. 👍 Had a rather stupendous tyre blowout about a mile short of the venue which was unnecessarily interesting, but luckily the breakdown engineer showed up within 15 minutes and I got to the venue just in time for starters. Although my Irony Detector pegged out when I sat down to find a gift from @Hedley Bennett (HB46443) - Club Chairman of a pack of four Westfield tyre valve stem caps… 🤦‍♂️ Thanks though, Hedley 👍

  8. I've got 4, I think. One black one like John's broken one, and 3 Blyton weekend ones of varying vintage. But I can't be arsed posting one, it might break on the way.

  9. The Club logo wrapped around a tin mug. Come on guys, we're better than that. Is there anyone in the Club that could improve on that? I would ask my 4 year old great grandson for advice, but he's too busy at play school. And he's no mug. 😆

  10. Good shout. Do they hold their heat well though? Cold tea is a many-times-a-day occurrence for me.

  11. Well, the challenge is now officially over. If I'm being honest, I'm disappointed that it didn't strike a chord with more members and take off the way I wanted it to, but that's the breaks sometimes. Anyway, I'm a man of my word, so congratulations to individual winner @Paul Baker and to local area winners @Stuart Davis AO - Devon Cornwall & Somerset and his members. A small, cheap but personalised engraved trophy is on its way to you - enjoy!
