  1. It is, until you realise that "Ian" is a fake name and he's been wanted by the authorities for some time now, so he's used to running far and fast.

  2. @matt rule put a roof box on his car. Not a Westfield and has insane power but maybe he can comment about how he did it and how well it works.

  3. Thanks for the continued support and kind donations from the great people in this club. However, I'm still way off target, so if anyone else wishes to be generous, that would be great!- Just giving- Bagpuss running the Great Manchester Run I ran the Wilmslow 1/2 yesterday in training. Great to run with @6carjon & @David lear

  4. Highly recommend @Maurici- CleaR Motorsport for his car geometry set up service 😎👌 Corner weighting and geometry done on my car after I converted my wishbones to fully Rose jointed. Great value and excellent knowledge on the settings and explains the differences settings should make. Wet drive home so couldn't push the car but felt very stable with noticeable differences in how it turns in etc👍

  6. Back by popular demand !! new tooling has been made. Westfield style front cycle wings 205 wide normal sketch prepreg Autoclaved Stong ! Only the best quality prepreg materials 100% carbon The first couple of pictures listed below of of them straight out of the tool untrimmed and unpolished just look at the quality!!! They will of course come cleared coated super shiny blinged up or if weight is critical they can come straight out the tooling just trimmed . These are £400 per pair plus shipping or come and collect

  10. @Martin Bell - (Bellyboy) East Anglia AO design is absolute genius, keeping the weight as forward as possible such that it’s over the rear axle, doesn’t affect the handling as much as slung out behind the MSA bar. Design is robust too. Whilst I didn’t weigh each waterproof bag they must be 15kg each. Half hood fits and boot access is still possible with the luggage rack in place. Best of all the fuel fill is possible with luggage in place as the rack can slide rearward, albeit a tad tricky to access with luggage in place. For the MSA clamps I used these with a 2mm thick EPDM liner to protect the MSA bar. All aluminium parts were from metal4u … who offer a cutting service for free. https://www.simplysoundandlighting.co.uk/products/4x-duratruss-dt-mini-360-wing-black-half-coupler Just factor in some TIG welding required on the rack where they come to the X-bracing of the MSA bar. Images as above Thanks Martin. Your latest design with improved ’slides’ looks great! Andy

  11. Thanks Kev! Glad you enjoyed it! Has been very enjoyable for me too. The level of adjustability and maintenance in your car is unmatched by anyone else in the club I think... Specially for a mostly roadgoing car!

  15. I made a rack for FW body, design influenced by @Martin Bell - (Bellyboy) East Anglia AO Photos are during build of the luggage rack! A bit of TIG welding is required!
