The 3M fine compound is excellent and getting the majority of fine to medium marks out, but I found, really does need a proper rotary polisher and good mops to do so. (Not tried medium, but the course is also superb). Not tried them with a DA, you typically find you don’t get quite as much “cut” as a rotary, but you can often still do it, it just takes longer.1 point
