  3. @Westfield Parts Dept Many thanks for prompt delivery. Ordered late Thursday evening, arrived this morning 10.30 . Really pleased with the quality of the shirts, the website description doesn't do them justice IMHO. That's Christmas presents from my grandchildren sorted, I'll get what I want this year!

  4. Well that was interesting! Turned out that the Church Mouse is undergoing a major refurb and is shut! so we hastily decamped next door to the Chester Moor instead. Have to say it appears to be a better venue. Food was good and they were very accommodating. I think we may look to making this a more permanent fixture.

  5. Does anyone remember the Honda Odyssey FL350 quad/kart? They had a steering wheel shaped like an older F1 car, with bike clutch/brake style levers that did the throttle and brakes (CV gearbox). If you had a BEC with a quick rack steering (so that your arms don’t pretzel), you could have the brakes at the foot, the throttle in the right hand and the clutch in the left hand with gear-change buttons on the yoke near the thumbs and solenoid gear-change at the ‘box (like dragbikes).

  6. Congratulations. Think you should have a flash sale to celebrate and boost the figures before Christmas! Not that I'm wanting to order parts or anything........

  7. I think that really is a million dollar question as we have size small better half’s and those racing snakes who can fit into narrow cars right up to us older slightly more portly fellas in wide bodies and everything in between. looking forward to seeing the new range

  9. Hi Dave, you are correct in your presumptions, a new line of clothing is currently being decided and will be available shortly. I am wondering if there is anyone on here that can let us know if there is anyway of doing a poll to determine what the most common sizes would be for when we place the new order of clothing to make sure we have the correct assortment of sizes.

  11. I've used an old bit of carpet before, but after a while it soaks oil in and if your foolish enough to fire up the angle grinder, when it combusts into a 'reasonably' sized fire , you then learn a new dance. It involves a frantic stare, followed closely behind of shear panic , this leads onto trying to unlock the rear garage door , and with 8 thumbs, turning the garden tap on. What follows is the black mess leaving the front of the garage , as the fire is extinguished , followed by a pile of smoldering carpet being stacked neatly by the wheelie bin Ex missus , walks out the house ' I can smell burning !' Me: ' nah, I cant. Must be someone with a bonfire or something' Ex missus ' Oh, I cant see anything upstairs in the house' Me ' Don't worry yourself. What fool would burn anything in a housing estate ?' Ex missus ' its weird, oh well, never mind' Me ' I decided that want to put proper flooring in the garage for the Westie to park onto, I think the carpet was a bad idea'
