  1. Julie The Westfield guys all performed very well over the weekend On the Sunday we took 2nd, 3rd ,4th, 5th and 6th ( Mark Anson was 3rd in his Jedi) and we were only beaten by a Force single seater powered by a turbo Busa ! Pretty impressive

  2. Great to meet everyone and enjoy the conditions. Thanks to Steve H for the discount and Andrew for organising. Very pleased we had garages we could share to shelter from the elements, particularly during the morning. I could tell it was an interesting track day when there was a tannoy announcement to turn lights on otherwise we could be black flagged! Also the 'Calm Down' gantry sign which was on display after the umpteenth red flag in the afternoon Steve

  3. @terry everall I'm currently on Avon CR500, I intended to enter class 2C - road going BEC. A very nice man at the DVLA is going to phone me tomorrow with the new registration number! The main thing is that the registration change request has been successfully processed - quite a relief really as the info I had on the car was sketchy to say the least. I don't think it will be a "Q" plate either. So, all being well I can complete the entry tomorrow and get some number plate made up so I can go for a spin

  4. Excuse me, but have I just read that correctly? At the Anglesey event last weekend, in Tels Tales 'That made 5 Westfield Speed Series drivers in the top 6' out of 70 cars? Really? If that is true and I have read it correctly then RUDDY WELL DONE GUYS...WELL DONE... from someone very proud to drive a Westfield because of your success.

  9. Don’t think so as there’s nothing stopping the peddle coming out further, they seem a lot better since changing the pads though.

  15. The push rod needs to be able to return fully back. Often the rod is just too long and that means that the MC seals are already part way down the bore. The way to tell is to disconnect the rod from the pedal and make sure that it is fully back, then make sure that when you reconnect the pedal it does not push the MC down a bit. Once that is right they should bleed through easily elsewhere. Hard to put in words so hopefully you have got what I mean, if not send me a PM and I can call you and talk it through
