  4. Stoneleigh camping 2017. If you have generously offered your time to assist in the best kit car show ever and you want to camp over the weekend then your name will be in the attached list for camping in the WSCC campsite. If you are on the list you will get a camping wristband from security and therefore can camp on our allotted camping area adjacent to the Westfield drift experience. If however you feel that a mistake has been made (we are only human) then contact us at stoneleigh@wscc.co.uk, Stoneleigh campers 2017.pdf

  7. Used them on an MX-5 race car the other weekend. Nothing to say other than they were 'fine'. Didn't blow me away but didn't think they were rubbish. So I think 'good for the money' is the best way I can put it You will probably hear rave reviews from everyone else, because they are likely the first performance tyre they've used, and / or they aren't using them to their limits...

  9. Guy's Thanks for all the support, I noticed there was fluid round the fuel sensor on top of the tank so, I have got some cork and made a couple of gaskets. Also went to my local garage who looks after a couple of west fields and we had it up on the ramps. No leaks found and mechanics were puzzled. I will look at the lights in detail and maybe get an auto electrician in. The over heating has not happened today and even when left idling it got to 90 and the fan kicked in and took it back down to 80. I used a digital thermometer and that only registered 70 so something is adrift there.

  12. I've come to work in the Eleven today as I need to call in with it to a nearby fibreglass company (to arrange for a few bodywork bits and pieces to be done). The running in of the engine is progressing well so cruising down the A34 at 3,500rpm in top kept me up nicely with the Lane 2 traffic. The usual stops at our local newsagent and the BP garage at Didcot (collecting sandwiches) were lengthened with people coming to ask what it is and to take photos! I even chatted with a Westfield owning lorry driver at the garage. I shall be running home to Oxford over the Berkshire Downs so today will be a good day!

  37. As above, routing from the bulkhead to the pedal cable angles ,a pedal stop and making sure the cable end can rotate in the clevis/pedal are all the main issues with cables snapping

  41. Went to watch a test on the Flying Scotsman rally (Endurance event in Borders) - fantastic to see 7 litre 1920's Bentleys being thrown around the mud! This finishes at Gleneagles tomorrow - if you get a chance to see the cars you wont regret it. Over 100 mainly prewar cars - includes over 20 'proper' Bentleys. http://www.endurorally.com/pages/flying-scotsman-rally-2017
