  2. Believe it or not there are only 8 weeks left until Stoneleigh 2017. You're not coming I hear you say, Get to your room and don't come out until you've seen sense. Its going to be a good one because you lot will be there. It doesn't work without you.

  3. So the new format wscc.co.uk has been up for a while now, I hope folks are getting used to it and find it a bit more in keeping with modern look and feel and compatibility across different devices. Response has been minimal to the changes (there have been some and they are being addressed) so one can assume all is good generally...? However, I am prepared to put in even more time and effort to help get the new site into better shape but I need you to help guide me please. I expect the stats will show that around and post Stoneleigh, the site gets a few more visits than usual - in which case it would be good to get as many updates, changes, grammar corrections, etc, etc. in now. The purpose of the site should be informative for all including existing members but also to draw in new members. So, let me know by email, PM or by reply to this thread if you have any thoughts on content, navigation, missing information, too much information and I'll look to spruce things up in time for Stoneleigh - thanks

  15. So far there is a Mustang, a 900 bhp Merc, a Lotus Esprit S4S, a shiny green Westfield and a V8 blue Westfield going to this 'memory maker' not 'fundraiser' event, so it should be a good day. I have invited the Atom that I met at Blyton the other week, but he hit a tyre wall at Donnington last week and it is in for repair. Damn.

  17. I suggest that when you take it for an MOT ask the garage to verify the engine size and numbers on their headed paper. That should do the job and they probably won't charge for it as you are already there

  20. To be fair, though initially annoying when you're not used to it from the previous software, I'm actually starting to get used to it and find it useful! I suspect by the time the more important stuff is dealt with, most of us will have got used to it and then will miss it if it's removed!! This could be one of those "you can't win situations". Unless more start struggling with it, I'd probably not bother changing it.

  21. Sorry to hear you are not well James. I had a chuckle about the removal of the graphics line though as I've just spent the morning doing just the opposite and putting some more on new wider wings.
