  2. Thought I would jump in early and get some practice at shouting this up This Sunday, 12.00pm at the Lodge. Won't be towing mine down, but will be looking to pick some brains so I can get it back on the road!

  3. It is the Curborough Breakfast Club again 8.30 - 11 on Saturday 13th August. We are on our holiday's so will not be there but I am sure you will all have a great time watching something fast and noisy wiz around the track while eating a bacon sandwich. Have a good day Julie

  4. Just to add to the discussion ........ Spotted or generally a photo section would be useful, I know there is a gallery section(I'll come back to this thing) but I don't mind taking photos of club meets etc and I do generally add them to the post for the meeting but I do like looking at images Going back to the gallery bit, it's not browsable..........and would be good to have a photo section for passing on the quiet winter nights .....

  5. Great set of images ...... But I must admit, donnington wasn't my cup of tea...... Motorbikes don't do it for me let alone 'unsilenced' vintage things!! With the additional of a straight motorway run there and back without a shotgun just tipped me over the edge lol

  6. Depending on how visible it is, you might be OK with a short length of roll cage padding...or even, dare I say it, some pipe lagging. Worst case you might have to put a suitable bit of trim on top of the padding so it looks as smart as the rest of the interior. During my last build I learned the mystical art of sewing. Amused my colleagues no end that come lunchtime, I'd whip the trusty old sewing machine out from under my desk and get busy with the Alcantara..... ...or the knee pads suggestion of course - that'll work.
