It is a mute point now, but where do you draw the line, one day, one week, one month, one year. I have bought many bangers over the years and always accepted the risk, but now it appears that anything you sell is a risk as people feel entitled to a money back warranty. Sell something on Ebay, the guy says it is faulty, Ebay give him his money back so he now has your money and your goods and you have the problem of chasing them. For me sold as seen means that.

If it's the glow plug warning light, is it not just a glowplug at fault, had it myself, fit new glow plug and light went out

Hi Jon, Never be afraid of asking a question that you think might be stupid. we have all been there and real stupidity is making a mistake when you could have saved time/money by just asking. the forum is filled with friendly folk and I bet by the end of today you will have a dozen or more 'welcomes' on your post.
