  4. We are not alone! I am a bit p******** off with threads like these because there seems to be as many people supporting the parts department as are not. The title of the thread does not now properly reflect it's contents. The one thing that is perfectly clear is that the parts department has recently changed for the better (except that the availability of parts is still iffy).

  7. I've no doubt the Caterham model is really good, but I think I've been "spoiled" by seeing Markus's model, as the lads have said; so much better!

  8. That's no way to talk about Michelle! Also please remember if the weather is rubbish or you have 'no spark' it will still be nice to see you in a tin top.

  9. It's a bit of a farce. If it was anything to do with personality or sportsmanship, Jenson Button would have won it years ago. It should be renamed "sports achievement of the year award" if Nigel Mansel, Tim Henman, Andy Murray, Jonathan Edwards and Steve Davis can win, it's certainly not about personality. Imagine being stuck at a past winners dinner table with them lot all night.

  11. Update: I bought the bike and have managed 3 miles on it in 6 weeks... Legs quite sore but undercarriage is worse.... gave up cider and beer and have lost 1.5 stone and health is good. Cycling will have to take a back seat over Christmas but I should get another 5 miles in for January. Also been back on a chainsaw now and again and climbing so am considering a triathlon next year..

  12. A little bundle of fun :-) = With such a cute face you couldn't believe he will chew through everything!! I still laugh at the time both mine were young, one 6 months & the other 14 months old. I had washed the sofa covers and literally bobbed out for 5 minutes - I thought a presidential election had taken place on my return! The stuffing had been ripped out of the cushions - toilette roll was unravelled down the stairs and all my video tapes had been pulled out! Both sat down, wagging hard (in that nervous wag way!) as I came back in and both had stuffing from the cushions on their noses - as I shouted "what the hell have you done" they both looked at each other, wagged a bit harder and had the look of "is he talking to me or you?" on their little black faces Labradors - amazing Dogs - love them to bits and really miss their company. Hopefully he can have a trip to BLiNK one day when he's older in the Westie :-) He is a good looking Pup!
