  2. Had the great pleasure to visit a customers workshop this morning to quote for a job ...................... This one has 700Bhp This one is the only EVO model they made in right hand drive and has only nine miles on the clock , my customer has turned down offers that " are substantially more than a nice house" .

  3. Just realised my MOT ran out on the 1st of Aug. quick pop down to my local garage and I'm now fully legal again and no advisories. While on the ramp I had a good check underneath and looks like I was maybe taking to much kerb at Blyton and put a few scrapes on the sump

  6. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-europe-28656050 Apparently, that nice Mr Ecclestone, who is on trial for criminal bribery in a German court, has offered the court a sum of €100m to terminate the case. Apparently, the court is minded to accept. Apparently, this payment is not a bribe! Apparently, I am confused.

  8. Scary to think Ford could barely give the road/homologation batch away at one point.

  10. Is it not possible just to have a tick box along the lines of "make visible to all" or "make visible only to members"

  11. The 9 mile EVO version won't get used because just that , however the 700bhp car does get used , plus he has two others which weren't there . I am anticipating being back there at some point soon so hope to see more cars . I went with the Cotswolds WSCC area to see Nick Masons private car collection the other year , that was fantastic to see the cars , however to me this was just a little bit more special , you can't believe what is on your own doorstep tucked away !!

  13. Afternoon Everyone. Took Buttercup to the beach today. The beach is called Fraisthorpe Beach and the only way to find it is to watch for the fingerboard three miles south of Bridlington on the Hull road. The beach is very clean and safe and the parking is £2.50 all day. There is a chip van and clean toilets in the local farmers buildings and these are free with a donation box. There is a small river the children can paddle in and just a short walk away there are a number of army pill boxes that you can get into. You get views right across the bay from Flamborough lighthouse right down to spurn point. It really is a lovely beach if you are in the area.

  15. What a wonderful photo - congratulations (on the photo and gaining another pair of hands for the next engine rebuild ) I'd definitely submit the photo (is it my imagination or is the Westie about to take a chunk out of his leg - jealousy perhaps?)

  17. Lovely! Just to put an idea into your head, you can always submit a very similar photo for the Photo of the Year competition and win some free Westfield Parts vouchers, and also for the 2015 WSCC Calendar when submissions are sought in a few months.

  18. Proposed route for Sunday, Meeting at Aberfoyle or Balloch. (Will go with the majority on that one.) For Aberfoyle, the rear car park of the Scottish Wool Centre, or for Balloch, the Argyll car factor car park. Either meeting place for 10am Heading north up the Dukes pass Along the A84 to Lochearnhead Crieff Aberfeldy Glen Lyon (theprisoners suggested route) Killin Can stop at either the cafe suggested or killin hotel or the falls of dochart Inn for lunch. I dont mind calling and booking any of them. This is just a suggestion folk and if someone else had plans then feel free to ingore it.

  20. Hello. I think that was me with "Buttercup". We travelled over from Scarborough along the M62 is pouring rain for 4 hours with windows constantly steamed up. We had the roof on and carrier bags stuffed around the doors where we could as the rain was unbelievable. Our clothes where soaked and poor Buttercups carpets contained more water than the North Sea .......and I loved every single minute of it.

  21. It's a good bit of kit this and simple to wire in. They are very helpful over email on the phone too. There's a couple of threads on fitting if you search "koso".
