Well I am more used to motorbikes terry so just doing what I'm used too!

I wasn't expecting it either, I guess I can blame Mr Banks for that also looking forward to cruising past Andy on the back straight at Woodbridge Instead of being the other way round

My Wife thinks I am having a permanent Midlife Crisis, god knows how I managed to persuade her that I had to buy this gem of a car, I only hope I can give it the care and attention you have given it over the years, and my wife

@ Steve C "Are you too much of a snob to buy used" Not at all, but with tools (like cars) it is hard to tell if they have been abused by a previous owner. I have no trouble getting stuff 2nd hand from folk I trust, but if I'm leaning full on onto a pry bar I want to know if somebody else has tried to lift an oil tanker with it previously and if it might let go and send me ass over tip.

Are you too much of a snob to buy used Check classifieds for used snap on or mac toolboxes - theyre dirt cheap,made properly and will always resell if you want to Until theyre side by side you cant appreciate how flimsy some of the budget stuff is Drawers feel lovely in shop unti you fill them with tools

What a great introduction to sprinting! Absolutely brilliant weekend, great venue, great people and the most fun I've had in a long while (despite my not-so-mighty woes). New friends and a reminder of what a fantastic club this is. Thank you all for the support and advice, and of course for keeping me going after each run today! I'll be back next year without a doubt, there's definitely a few more seconds to come!! Special thanks to James (alexander72) for the trailer loan - that turned out to be critical! And to Martin (marto303) for everything he did to get me there & keep me going, GF for the bolts & the Friday organisation and Matt/Keith for the advice and blowing my mind with the passenger ride! And as said before, everyone else too for being a top bunch. And especially the scrutineer who earnt himself a new nickname and will think twice before examining helmets in future....!
