You can get them for a variety of reasons, but it's an absolute and total last resort after a member has been given warning after warning, so much so that no member has ever had any since they came online with the new boardroom. Knowing you lot, you'd treat them like a badge of honour anyway! We admins did play with them backstage a bit, giving each other loads of warning points just to see if the other would notice.
