Xflow Injection upgrade set SOLD

Hi All,

I'm selling a kit of new parts that is almost everything you need to upgrade a crossflow running DCOE carbs to injection. I converted my old engine to injection and built a second set which is for sale here. This kit developed almost 120HP on my original engine at it's rolling road session.

The kit includes...

Throttle body carb replacement manifold using GSXR600 (40mm) throttle bodies with a standard dome air filter back plate, injectors, throttle position sensor and fuel rail tapped for 3/8" NPT connectors. The bottom half is all O-ring sealed and is a direct replacement for Webber DCOE carbs.

An assembled and tested Megasquirt (MS2 V3) ECU loaded with my map (1700cc Kent 234 cam Gas flowed head) that generated almost 120 Hp on the rolling road.(£375 +vat @ [megasquirtuk.co.uk])

OLD laptop computer with hardware serial port to program the ECU (free if it still works)

£500 for the pair

If you are interested, PM me and I'll send you a link to loads more pics.

I also have...

A built and tested relay board (£125+vat @ [megasquirtuk.co.uk])

A built and tested stimulator (used to mess about and test the ECU) (£95+vat @ [megasquirtuk.co.uk])

BUMP,

Going to go on e-bay next weekend but I'd prefer that this stuff went to a member.

I've nowt to do with DerekJ, but I can say that this size of TB with the stock injectors work really well on our Silvertop Zetec that makes 169bhp. Had the same TB setup (Emerald ECU) on the Xflow then just moved it all over to the Zetec. With the Weber style flange, makes them very convenient too - it's what I did with mine, just not as neatly/nicely as these.

I should have made it clearer that the TB spacing is designed not just for the Xflow but as a direct Weber DCOE replacement. If you want to replace a twin Weber setup then this should be a direct swap.

Cheers

DerekJ
